4. Research activities
4.1. Research orientation: Carrying out application-driven research with focus on solving urgent problems in practice, especially those in the legal field. such as policy consultation on land, environment, economy, intellectual property associated with agriculture and rural areas.
4.2. Research achievements:
- 2015: Joint liability for environmental damage under Vietnamese laws and lessons learned from Japan. Democracy and Law Journal No. 3(276).
- 2016: Policies and laws for agriculture and rural areas in the field of fisheries and animal husbandry - situation and solutions - Ministry-level project.
- 2017: Protecting geographical indications with the guarantee of farmers' intellectual property rights in agricultural trade. Journal of Education and Society.
- 2017: Amending and supplementing regulations on handling of violations of the law on convertion of agricultural land to residential use - National conference: Review of limitations in the implementation of the 2013 Land Law and proposed solutions - Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations
- 2017-2018: National Assembly's supervision in the implementation of the law on restructuring the agricultural sector - Current situation and proposed solutions - Ministry-level project.
- 2018: Copyright-related aspects in the use of textbooks by students in the Vietnam National University of Agriculture – University funded project.
- 2019: Gender relations within families in Vietnamese rural areas – Journal of Education and Society (Special Issue I - March 2019).
- 2019: Social stratification in families working as scrap collectors - Case study in Di Su commune, My Hao, Hung Yen – University-funded project.
